Zach Nielsen, one of our former Worship Leaders at Parkview, recently accepted a position as the Worship/Music Director at Desert Springs Church in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Yes, you read right Albuquerque, New Mexico!Of course, I am very excited for the Nielsen family. This is going to be a fantastic opportunity for Zach to use his gifts to influence the church in a dynamic way. For the fun of it, I though I would include a picture from the early years of his time at Parkview. Notice the baby face. This post shows Zach in his brand new office (a little cluttered) after spending a year+ sharing an office (a.k.a. “the worship cave”) with me and our administrator Donna Willard.

Just a point of clarification - that picture was not taken in the worship cave.
I was thinking that might not be the cave, but the photo was dated Aug 2000 and I didn't think we were in the new wing then. Oh well, it's a picture.
Too bad either way it's still a picture of Zach. A HA HA HA HA HA HA.
Seriously, big congrats and hope it's a great adventure for you. (Are you still able/going to keep the writing contract with Word with moving and all?)
